Project Verification Visit

A question order of exists, level of execution, quality, quantity and status, with photos, audio, time and place. Your programme sets the pass mark, the spot-check rate and the re-verification window; each is a setting with a citation.

01On site

On a health post visit

You import your site list from a spreadsheet, and every site gets the same template. At each site you photograph the building, say what is built and what is missing, and count the beds you see.

If your programme sets no pass mark, Walknote scores nothing. The report shows counts by status and, for sites seen before, what was open last time.

At a remote site

No signal does not mean no record.

Photos and voice stay on the phone, send when the bars return, and a file that fails to send is tried again by itself. Every file is checked against its fingerprint on arrival.

    Photos with place and time

Geotagged photos with their accuracy, the time and the date.

The verifier, and the people present at the site.

The rule, printed on the report

If you use a spot-check rate or a pass mark, the report prints the rule and its source.

Every change to a sentence is logged, as the World Bank's own project system logs user actions.

Questions

Asked by programmes teams.

Yes, from a CSV with name, state, LGA, coordinates and a code. Every site gets the same template.

You do, by setting the rule. With no rule set, Walknote scores nothing.

The visit waits on the phone and sends when a connection returns. A file that fails to send is tried again by itself.

Your programme's. Walknote is the processor.
