Walknote

About

A report should say what the walk showed.

Why Walknote exists, and the six principles every report is built on.

01Mission

Make the written record of a site visit as honest as the visit.

The inspector sees the site, says what they see and signs. Walknote’s job is to carry those words into a clear report, and to show a reader exactly where each sentence came from.

02Principles

Six things we will not bend.

  1. 01

You say it, we write it

Walknote AI writes only from what you said or typed. Every sentence it writes must point back to your own words. Photos are filed with the notes they belong to; nothing is written from a picture.

  2. 02

    Not recorded means not recorded

If you did not mention an item, the report says so in those words. It never fills the gap with Complied or Satisfactory.

  3. 03

    Every sentence has a source

Each sentence opens the clip and the photo it came from, so a reader can check it instead of trusting it.

  4. 04

Built for your phone and your signal

Capture works without signal, sends when a connection returns, and a small PDF travels well on WhatsApp.

  5. 05

Your name goes only where you signed

Seals, registration numbers and signatures are typed by the signer. Walknote AI never fills them.

  6. 06

    Numbers you can check

Every figure on this site comes with the method behind it or a link to its source.

03Nigeria

Made for Nigerian sites.

Inspection records here are often written late, from WhatsApp photos and memory. Walknote is made for that: Nigerian English and Pidgin, patchy signal, reports that travel on WhatsApp, and templates built from public Nigerian documents.

See what it does with a real walk.
